One of the best affordable hotels I’ve stayed at in Tokyo. Just a short walk from both Shinjuku and Shin-Okubo stations (the latter is much quieter and still connects you to the Yamanote line), plus it is very clean and quiet in the hotel. The room was small but that’s standard for Tokyo — thankfully you can slide your luggage under the beds so there’s room to move around and for 5 nights we were more than happy. The staff were also very lovely and can help assist in shipping luggage. Plenty of combini nearby (seriously there’s two 7/11 and a Lawsons only a minute or two away), and of course the Shinjuku nightlife. I totally recommend this hotel.

Good hotel, clean, Japanese breakfast was very good. Great location for a male solo traveler, at the very traditional Kabukicho area. The area has a bad reputation, but it was very interesting, lively, and I never felt unsafe. I allowed me to see the great environment of Tokyo night life. Just not sure if it could be liked by families travelling together with kids, or female solo travelers. I was happy, no complaints. I would book it again next time.

Convenient location in Shinjuku, Kabuki-cho district. Infinite food, shopping, and nightlife options within minutes of stepping outside. As well, only ~10 minutes from Shinjuku station, which can take you everywhere else. And if you enjoy traveling by foot, within walking distance of Harajuku/Shibuya. Overall, offers affordable prices for solo travelers and excellent breakfast package. If you like being in a busy bustling area, this is perfect for you.

Location was perfect and a short walk to transport and all the Shinjuku attractions. Breakfasts were amazing with an incredible choice each day - we were there for 4 nights and the options seem to go through a 3 day cycle, which added to the variety. The woman in charge of the breakfast area was always cheerful, really helpful and friendly, and she remebered us and chatted when we came down on the 2nd day.

Staff members made sure guests have comfortable stay and encourages feedbacks if necessary. Although rooms are small (very typical of the hotels in the area), the rooms have all the amenities to make the stay comfortable. Wifi is Wifi6 and so is very fast. It's also very close to the new airport limousine bus station.
